I saw wheels like that on a Jensen Healy and I do believe they were
aluminum. Several years ago I went to look at one that was to be auctioned
off. After some research about JHs I decided to skip the auction. They had a
horrible reputation for reliability and the Lotus engine although sweet was
a nightmare and expensive to fix.
