185/60/14, 195/60/14 and 195/55/14 will fit and are close to the original
diameter. All will be a huge improvement over the 205x70R14 which are heavy
and too tall. Handling and acceleration will be better, top speed and
comfort will go down.
185/60/14 will be just fine for any use and are the least expensive within
the same type of tire.
If you want wider but want to keep the original diameter, get 195/55/14.
They will ride a little bit harder.
195/60/14 will be better for highway cruising and top speed. They will slow
down your acceleration though.
