I definitely ditto Gordon's remarks regarding the photos. We all agree that
the same goes for the entire website. It's a great recourse.
I figured you'd know for sure, if anyone did. I was pretty sure I remembered
the Le Mans wheels on both the roadster and the Z at some point, but hadn't
located my scrapbooks from the period. I have an old (photo copied) Roadster
Competition Manual from that time, along with a number of "Tech/Competition
Notes" and letters from Dick Roberts. They're all in an old loose leaf
binder along with as many of the Roadster, 510 and Z articles of the period
as I could find. I'm pretty sure I have a fairly complete set, minus any
period road tests.
It's fun to look back through them and try to remember what I was doing when
a particular article was published. A lot of years and many enjoyable
memories. Your site helps revive many of them.
Thanks for the hard work. The effort, not to mention the love you have for
these cars, definitely shows.
