I don't know what's right; I've heard that lithium grease is good for
cables. I've got some as part of a garage door lube kit, so I'm thinking of
using it (worked great on both garage openers). The kit also silicone
lubricant but I don't know if it would hold up to prolonged use. So I'd also
like to hear what works for other roadster folks.
