Tom Walter's R16 valve adjustment FAQ?

Hi folks,
 I dont have Tom's address, so I can't ask him myself.
Does anyone have a copy of the valve adj FAQ that they could send me?
also if you do could you send it to the list as well? I'm sure others
would like this info also.

Me, like the "Smart Man" I am, will print and save it, so I don't have
to bug you with this stuff.
