I'd be REALLY careful about using them. I bought a starter
that was listed for my car. It came to me and when I
unboxed it, it was not the right one at all. I sent it back
to them and they had their CarParts "Specialist" research
the problem. A couple of weeks later, they figure it out
and send a new part to me. Guess what, it's the wrong part
too. That one got sent back to them too. And all this time
I'm telling them what the correct one needs to look like and
giving them parts numbers to cross reference. Finally the
right one comes back to me. All this time the car, my daily
driver, is up on blocks. I won't even go into the money
fiasco that resulted from this and their policy of charging
me for the first one, charging me for the second one without
crediting me for the first one when I sent it back, charging
me for the third one and finally crediting me for the second
one. And then just forgetting to credit me completly for
the second one. Ok maybe I'll go into it a little bit. ;)
But I REALLY won't go into all the phone calls and emails
that flew back and forth about expected delivery dates vs.
actual delivery dates for any of the starters. It took a
scalding letter from me to every email address that I could
find on the CarPars.com website before I finally had the
matter resolved. In the end they admitted to their goof ups
and gave me credit for all the starters and shipping and
handling charges. That was the only up side to doing
business with them.
