I'm all for originalty... or the ability to return to completely original
with little effort!    My wifes '67 1600 is currently outfitted with Gary
Boones EI distributor, but could be restored to full original in about 20
minutes.   The GM alternator on there can also be removed and replaced  with
original in about 30 minutes.     Only reason either mod is there is for
reliability..
