For those of you (few) who know or care of my travails with my black 68 2000
now in San Luis Obispo being rebuilt, the message just in is more bad news:
"There is a small crack by one of the oil galleries on the bottom part of the
block. Basically its done. If the crack spreads any, the car will lose
all the oil pressure and the engine will seize. Harry magnafluxed the whole
block today and found the crack. As we dig deeper....."
So I need a good condition block for the 2000 which is in San Luis Obispo,
CA, (about halfway between LA and SF for you easterners) sitting under a
tarp. Please let me know what is available, and copy jc1725@aol.com, my son
