Oil amout & water amount?

I didnt happen to get a manual with my roadster, and am still working on
getting one... and theres prolly some place where i can get this info, i
just figured i'd start askin' here:

How much oil goes in the '69 1600,

How much water goes in the '69 1600..

Thanks, i'm just flushin fluids, and making sure everything is full and
working,
