Defroster vent/Cowl Drain

I've got some serious problems with my defroster.  The ram horn shapped
rubber piece that attaches to the top of the heater core box is crushed
beyond repair and the two cardboard hoses that attach to the defroster
vents are in poor shape.  Are these parts available new from our vendors
or do I need to look for a good used piece?

The rubber cowl drain hose is also trashed.  Same question.  Is this part
available?
