carb question II

Well, I'm gonna try and make one more run through the hills this 
weekend, weather permitting, then tear that stupid carb down. Again!

I really don't see anything out of the ordinary going on with the thing. 
   Perhaps I'll just dip the bugger in epoxy resin and hope for the 
best...it may not work, but at least it won't leak.

Thanks for the input so far. Hopefully when I get it apart, something 
wrong will rear it's ugly head.
