Don't know what year your car is, but most of the temps that I have seen so
far have a couple of holes in the back that will give you quite a bit of
calibration. It is a purely mechanical adjustment that puts either more or
less tension on the temperature strip inside the gauge, depending on which
way that you need to go. Just make sure that it is the gauge before you start
tweaking things.......don't want to be cruising around thinking your cool
when your not. Usually covered by 2 pieces of tape, the adjustments are made
with a straight bladed screw driver. The top adjustment for the top end of
cal, and the bottom for the low end. Pretty straight forward.
