Heck no, 15 grand wouldn't replace what I have now...though if I get desperate 
enough with the house hunt I might consider selling it for that much...maybe..
the spare motorcycle would have to go first though.. I need to have 20 grand 
cash
on hand for my portion of the down payment and after paying off my bills I'm 
going to be oh about 5 grand short....
        I think Irene and Ihave hit on the perfect halloween costumes.  We are
going to go as evil realtors. Snag some fake yellow centruy 21 jackets and 
put on horns adn have red devil tails peaking out from under our jackets....
