Winterizing Roadster's

Looks like winter has finally started with the first rain here in California.
Guess it's time to put the toy's away for the winter.   Which brings me to the
subject: What kind of things do you guys do to winterize your roadster's?? I
remember seein a post on the list either last year or 2 years ago.
