Phoenix body shop for rear fender massage job?

Hi guys,

I have acquired my 185/65/14 tires but I can't install the right rear
because the fender interferes. I really like the tire and wheels though, so
I've decided to try and get the fender "adjusted" to make more room.

Can anyone recommend a Phoenix body shop that could do this work?
