Adam,

The upper bushings are screwed in and you need an impact gun to remove the
old ones. Breaker bars just don't cut it and even some impact guns just
don't do it either. Not hard to do but have a big vice. You may need the
center part also. I would do both and check the entire front end out. Do it
once correctly and leave it for years to come other than greasing it.

I suggest getting polyurethane boots for the entire suspension as the rubber
ones stink.
