Scott,
The R16 and U20 engines rotate clockwise, so when looking the timing marks
from the right side of the car -- the order starting from the bottom is 0,
5, 10, 15 (the U20 has five marks, the last one is 20 deg BTDC). Note, the
distributor rotates CCW.
