A company called ECOCLEAN sells a non-acid rust converter called
Rusteco. It comes in a liquid and a gel Ph#888-399-2600. Must confess
i have not used it. As far as trapping rust, if you cut of it's oxygen
supply won't you for all intents and purposes stop it (hence POR 15) ?
