Your running solex's right? No vacuum advance at all is the answer. As a
matter of fact, buy your self a solid, fixed point plate and rid your self
of all traces of vacuum advance.

That sounds right. Advance it more to 20 before TDC and check your total
advance again. After that, I think a Seat-of-the-pants Dyno run is in order!
