Wow - you guys are tough. Everyone thinks I should just keep the $250.
Some questions were asked.
I defininately stated in the ad where the car was located. In terms I said
"keep in mind this car is in Canada, consider this when bidding"
I also stated that the $250 deposit was non-refundable and required in five
days. The car was to be picked up with 14 days, although I stated that was
flexible.
If the guy is nice about it I think I'll give him his $250 back (minus the
27.00 fee). I like to be fair, even when others aren't. I have another guy in
Chicago who is very interested and want to drive up here and drive the car
home, so I won't be out anything.
