Brake Light Switch

My 67 1600 was partially restored by the PO.  It has no functioning brake
lights.  I cannot find the brake light switch.  As obvious as it might be to
someone else, I cannot find it.  I have verified the wiring at the lamps,
and it appears to be correct, but since I can't find the switch I don't know
if it's missing, not hooked up, broken, ???
