Hello All,
        Well the newish water pump appears to be working and hopefully my 
lack of a gasket RTV water pump stuff will hold.  Looks good and has always
worked on my thermostat housings.
        Big thanks to Dana who let me 'borrow' his old fuel pump.  He put a 
electric pump in his car and sorta had an extra.   
        Another big thanks to Mark Miller who offered a fuel pump from one
of his running roadsters!!!!!  Thanks mark but I already had the pump from Dana.
        Thanks to Calspeed for offering to help make me a water pump 
gasket.
        And thanks to a great group of people.

        Now I just have to get the @#$%!!! bumpers on.....
