exhaust-intake nut torque values..

Hello All,
        One of the things that I am going to try to accomplish tonight is to 
find out where the water stain is coming from...it might be the intake - exhaust
gasket.  What are the correct values for this??
        I forget how to tell if a n aircleaner is too dirty...stick a 100 whatt
light bulb up to it and it if you can't see it very well then its dirty?? 
Something like that right??
