All,
here's a little tip for installing carrige bolts.
On the back side (inside bumper) cut a short length of fuel line to act as
a long washer. In the event of wanting to put over riders back on you just
cut the rubber and then you can get vise grips on the carrige bolt head, no
scratching the new chrome !!
