Where were they built?

Hi guys,

A friend of mine, who used to have a Fiat 124 Spider, refers to my Datsun as 
the "Hiroshima Screamer".  So it prompts the question:

What city was the roadster factory in?  WAS it Hiroshima? (I hope so, I like 
the rhyme!)
