67.5 head rest bracket cover

Could someone tell me if the cover for the headrest
was metal or plastic.  I have the headrests but seem
to be missing the cover.  I do not mean the pad that
your head rests against.  I do mean the portion that
covers the screw/bolt holes where it bolts to the seat.
If someone had a picture to email me I would really
appreciate it.
