I've got the engine back in the car last night. Having never rebuilt an engine I'm not sure how tight things are supposed to be. The engine has new rings and has had the cylinders honed. Should this increase the friction a lot? There was much more resistance tuning everything by hand compared to the old block. Not having one of Tom Walters priming tools, I used one of the 4 way screwdrivers. Just used the drive portion of screwdriver and a cordless drill and it was priming heaven. Dana |
