If the slot can be viewed from the top it is the valve of which I spoke.
Early cars had the valve.
You can go to a plumbing store and p/u a valve too as I have for my other
cars. Just bring the bolt to get the correct sized valve. The valve makes
bleeding the block much easier, especially in my Miata because it's so hard
to reach.
