I recently received the parts CD. Unless you REALLY need everything ever
produced about our beloved roadsters, don't bother. It's the same catalog
available on the web for free at Greg Valazza's roadster site
http://www.datsun.org/roadster/info/pdf/or at http://www.shiftco.com/pdf,
with two major differences. The CD images are not scanned as well, and they
are in HTML rather than PDF format. The PDF files are easier to navigate,
and don't have the ad for Courtesy Nissan wasting space at the top of every
page.
I ordered the CD on 8-May-2001, opted for 2-day fed-ex delivery ($14.57)
since they do not have an option for delivery at a reasonable price. They
got around to shipping it out on 16-May, and sure enough it arrived 2 days
later. $14.57 shipping is a real rip-off for sending a CD and taking 10 days
to get it here. I definitely do NOT recommend this CD, nor can I recommend
dealing with Courtesy Nissan if it takes them 8 days to stick a CD in a box.
