Adam,
When twisting the horn button, push it in as squarley as possible until it
bottoms out, then turn it counter-clockwise. It should turn and making a
noticable click (sort of). At that point, the horn button spring should
mostly push the button off the wheel toward you. It may require a little
wiggle to get it the rest of the way off. From there, unbolt the wheel and
you should be able to wiggle it off.
I replaced mine on my '70 and I did not require the use of a steering wheel
puller.

Subject: How do I remove steering wheel?
How do I get the original steering wheel off my '70 Roadster, without
damaging it? I purchased a Grant steering wheel and want to replace it
but don't know where to start on getting the old wheel off.
Thanks,
Adam
