Hey Racers and High Performance guys,
I was planning to cut some valve reliefs into the block before taking it to the
machine
shop (which will actually happen soon) and noticed that they are already there.
On both
of the blocks that I have. They look plenty big enough for stock valves with a
hot street
cam (at or under .490 valve lift). What are the opinions about making these
larger
overkill or reasonable. I think Id rather leave them as is so as not to
further reduce
the comp. ratio from unshrouding done on the head.
What do you think,
Also, anyone got an aluminum flywheel they may want to part with?
