I have a question. I had my brake rotors turned when I Replaced my brake Pads. After the Machinist turned the rotors, he took his grinding wheel to the rotor to create in effect cross hatch marks. Is this right ? When I have my rear brake drums cut on a lathe for brake shoes, they are finished in a smooth manner. Is this not the same for the front Rotors also? Or am I living too far in the past. Pat |
