Sure, but they will be taller. If I remember right, if you go to a larger
wheel you have to go down 20mm on the width for a 1" larger wheel or go to
the next lower profile like a 70 series eg 155/70/14 to keep the same
rolling diameter or 175/60/14.
No big deal if you run a 185/70/14, you're speedo just will not be accurate.
You'll be passing people going 55!!!!!!
