U20 turbo

    I have in my possession a Cartec turbocharger system.  The intake is
still bolted on the head, the turbocharger is locked up (old technology,
anyway) and the exhaust pipes to interface with the turbocharger unit.  Has
anyone out there dealt with upgrading a system like this.  I have jpg
pictures of it if anyone is interested in helping me.  I think it would be
great to have it in operable condition.  What a boost that should add to the
already peppy 2000cc engine.
