I put my rear quarter panel up against a pole years ago so hard I bent
the rear axle housing. I had a good body shop replace the whole rear
quarter of the body. The job came out very well and others with body
shop experience had to look very hard to find the seam from the
interior to the trunk opening.
Street rod people are good at this stuff....
