Basic difference is most any coils:
*6v or 12v input
*point type ign ( up to ~30K v output) and elect. ign. (30K+ v)
*interally or externally resisted
most anything beyone that are just differences in physical size & connectors
for model-specific applications. Sure there are many variations on things
inbetween, but again, these are the general differences.
