Hello,
A couple of days ago, I posted a note and mentioned a Datsun Roadster based
kit car. A few folks asked for more information, so I dug it out. This is
from the September 2000 issue of Kit Kar magazine - page 58:

tube chassis.
Length: Variable
Width: 58"
Height: 38"
Wheel Base: 88 - 102"
Weight: 1400 - 2000lbs
Engine: Mazda rotary, small or big block Chevy V-8
Kit: $2495 body only
Turn Key: $32,500
Comments: a wide range of donor vehicles and engines can be used to build
this sporty kit.
The picture shows a car that resembles a Maserati Tipo 61 Birdcage, but the
front end looks more like the Lister Jaguar imho. Either way, it could be
the ticket if you have a rustbucket and want something different! In most
states, since the chassis is registered as a Datsun, you can keep it that
way.
Sid
