Hi Daniel,
Think we both had been trapped by the same business.
I ordered for 250US$, 6 months ago.
Never received my parts, but never been charged!
Tried to contact them, always autoresponse messages etc etc.
I get in touch with Victor Laury to have a contact in the States as I
am from Belgium, Europe!
Victor didn't receive an answer to his email either, and sended out a
warning message about this company through all known Nissan and Datsun
mailing list.
Mr Scott Williams in person called Victor Laury to ask him what this
was all about.
Check the attachement about warning and communication to

C. Scott Williams
Internet Parts Director
Bruce Titus Automotive Group
Mr. Williams,
Thank you for your telephone call to me this morning in response to the
warning I distributed last night.
You explained that the reason you did not respond to my initial email, sent
February 2, was that the email portal on your site was incorrectly set up by
your Webmaster. Further, you informed me that this was being corrected as I
spoke to you.
You told me as well, that you have attempted to contact the initial
complainant to clarify an issue with his order, not long after his order was
placed in December, 2000.
I would like you to understand that the reason for me distributing the
warning was the lack of communication to my February 2nd email. It was my
fear that your site may have been an anonymous computer that collected
monies for parts that would never be delivered. Your communication with me
this morning assured me that your company is a reputable firm with a good
history of vending parts and equipment for Nissan automobiles.
For this reason, by this letter, copied to the organizations I sent the
warning to, I retract my warning concerning http://www.nissanparts.cc/ and
the associated site, http://www.nismoparts.com/
Thank You,
Victor Laury

Chriss,
I have to admit, his excuse is a little thin. "I'm sorry teacher, My dog ate
my homework"
But at least this got them to stand up and it put a name to claim
responsibility.

A member of the Roadster list asked for my help to be a third party in a
vendor dispute he was having with Nissanparts.cc. This on-line vendor uses
an interface much like a respected vendor, Nissanautoparts.com, please do
not confuse the two.
On February 2, of this year, I sent nissanparts.cc the email attached below.
The item attached has been edited to remove the personal information of my
friend. Since this mailing, I have received no reply and my friend has not
received his parts or replies to his numerous emails. Because of this, I am
following through with my statements made on the attached letter and
forwarding this to the Roadster, Bluebird, ZCar and Early-Datsun Lists.
Attached ------------------------------------
I have received a complaint from one of the members of our organization, The
Datsun Roadster Owners Club (DROC) concerning an order made and paid for but
never delivered, I am asking you to correct this matter immediately. Our
Members name is DELETED. On DELETED, he order the following part
numbers:
DELETED
For these items he was billed $DELETED
This transaction was recorded as order #DELETED.
Please respond to this inquiry. If this is not settled equitably and timely,
a general warning will be issued to the members of our Internet forum, read
daily by over 600 members worldwide, not to do business with your company.
Furthermore, this action will be forwarded to our sister organizations, The
Internet Z Club, The Datsun Bluebird Forum, and the SR-20.org.
Our organization and it's affiliates appreciate good service from our
vendors. I'm sure you would value our good welfare.
