I reviewed all of my many Datsun Brochures, and road tests of the 67.5 2000
and the mirrors were on the doors. The earlier cars were photographed with
mirrors on the fenders!!!!!!
I would believe this to be the definitive answer - unrestored factory cars
photographed when new.
