After shipping my newly-acquired 1969 Datsun 2000 from Wisconsin, replacing
the carburetors with a rebuilt set and having a thorough Virginia state
inspection done, I have found a restored 240Z that I really want more than
"Little Red". Check out the pictures at

The roadster has approximately 114,000 miles on the odometer and according
to the previous owner, it has had extensive head work, a new starter,
alternator, voltage regulator and ignition system and a new clutch. It has
five new tires and the soft top is so new that when I received the car, the
top hadn't been stretched to fit all the way. It latches now but it will
take another real warm day to fasten all of the snaps in the rear. It
reportedly has new shocks and front rotors and calipers, and I just replaced
the rear brake shoes. It has an aftermarket AM/FM cassette installed and
the original radio is in the glove box.
I'm asking $5,500 for it which is a good bit less than I paid. Let's make a
deal.
