I see that Shasta is happening on Friday the 6th. What about
Thunderhill, Is that the 5th and is tech same as last year, Wednesday
evening? That would be on the 4TH! the holiday!!
As for heat cycling new tires, I understand the process is to drive
starting sedately progressing to briskly over the period of an hour.
Then you let the tires cool for 24 hours. Repeat the process again.
After cooling the second time your tires are heat cycled. Supposedly
improves tread life and I believe better for traction, but not sure. You
can buy tires already heat cycled from Tire Rack
