A couple of questions

Hello,

I've been re-upolstering the area back behind my seats (luggage area?).  
What are those 2 bolts (1 on each side, below where the seat belts bolt),
used for?  

I bought some new seat belts recently.  Is there something I can buy so
that the shoulder harness attaches to the seats?  I don't have the stock
seats, I think they're from a B210.
