'69 2000 seats

A friend of mine has a '69 2000 with high back bucket seats. The bottom of
the seats have rubber webbing going back and forth under the cushion. Are
these the stock type seats? Does anyone know where to get the new rubber?
His are shot and the upholstery man does not know where to get new ones.
