Mike, Lug nut torque value for 1600/2000 is 8 to 9 kg-m (58-65 ft-lb). This torque value is actually hidden in the factory service manual between pages 128 and 129 (I'm not making this up!)in a figure labeled Sectional Views of the Front Axle & Disc Brake.
