The other day I mentioned the new Z concept car is coming out Jan 8th.
Supposedly, production will be a 2003 model, release in 2002.
There's a rendering sketch of what it's supposed to look like, at Carl
Beck's site

The new website www.350z.com is not yet up. Information will be posted on
Jan 8th at www.nissandriven.com
It's going to have a the new 3500 V-6 rated at more than 260hp. Rumor has
it that the CONVERTIBLE version will be released at the same time as the
coupe. About time!
BTW, here's some nice pics of the Sylvia convertible.

Happy 2001!
Got a letter from Nissan that they're unveiling the new Z Concept sports car
on January 8th at 12:10 p.m. EST in a live webcast.
NissanDriven.com
And the new Z will be at an L.A. auto show January 9-14th. Now I hope they
actually start selling them! Like the Frontier 4-dr crewcab SUT concept they
unveiled a while back, but didn't make. So now Detroit is beating Nissan to
market with a similar truck this year, I think it's called Avalanche or
something like that. (The area behind the rear passengers flips open into the
truck bed.) So, will Nissan actually sell a new Z?
