Fairlady book

So, who is handling the bulk order of Phill's Fairlady book for the West Coast? 
I
responded to Dennis' message soliciting names for the list and never heard 
back. I have my
checkbook in hand - all I need to know is the amount and to whom I send the 
check! If I
can't drive my Roadster,  I at least want to read a book about them!
