I have completed replacing all my brake components,
(new calipers, pads, rear wheel cylinders, shoes, new
master cyl) and completely drained and blew out the
lines w compressed air, Have now filled the system
with new DOT 4 fluid, and have bled the MC and all
four wheels at least 4 times. My brakes are still
spongy and require a quick pump to get them hard (no
viagra jokes please!)
I know I have a lot of air to displace, but the last
bleeding (after a spirited drive), made no dif. Is
there a trick to the MC bleeding that I do not know?
(I've never replaced the MC before), or am I simply
too impatient? Any thoughts? (BYW the brakes are
great once I pump them).
