I've had some teething problems with my little baby. It was missing a
little, and the dizzy cap was gunging up, so after we replaced the cap, and
did a service, and replaced the coil, we've just found that the front carby
was flooding. That's been dealt with, but No. 3 still ain't firing. Uh,
oh. Oil on the spark plug. Oh, dear.
I've got to bring my baby home tonight, (Lou hasn't got room in his shop for
the moment) so I've got some time to start contemplating the worst. Rings?
Head Gasket? These are possibilities (though there's no oil in the
radiator, that we can tell).
I was wondering if you guys could come up with some other hypotheses, partly
in the hope that you can think of something cheaper for me to pray for ;)
or, maybe prepare me for the worst. :(
Yes, she's blowing a fair bit of smoke...
