weather and Datsun SSS

List,
I am glad you guys and gals of the southern states do get to have fair
weather.
That way I can visit there in the winter and be spoiled with good
weather and laugh at the So. Cal people with winter coats on with 69 to
70s weather.

My question is what size and type of engine does or did the SSS have in
it.  What year(s) was it produced.  A patient of mine was telling me a
little about one he used to have.
