Solex intake and header installation

List,
I am installing the intake and header in my U20.  I have the choice of a
standard gasket with the copper rings at the intake and manifold coolant
ports or a header gasket without the copper rings.

Is there a preference for the 2 different types of gaskets.  I plan to
use a copper spray gasket material.
